Rampant Space ("the Game") is a mobile game developed by Rampant Strategy, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

- Sign-in profile: Your player ID and display name from Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, used to create and identify your account.
- Game data: Your in-game progress, actions, and state (e.g., sector location, inventory, trades).
- Session data: A session token stored on your device to keep you signed in.
- Waitlist signup: If you sign up for our waitlist on the website, we collect your name and email address to notify you when the Game launches.
Third-Party Services
The Game uses the following third-party services, which may collect additional data according to their own privacy policies:
- Google Play Games Services: Used for authentication on Android. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Apple Game Center: Used for authentication on iOS. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

Data Storage and Security
Your game data is stored in a secure database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Session tokens are stored locally on your device. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services listed above, as necessary to operate the Game.
Your Rights
You may request to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Delete your account and associated data
You can delete your account directly from the Settings screen within the Game. This permanently removes your account and all associated game data. You can also contact us at the email below for any data requests.
Age Requirement
The Game is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
